第一条　名称

本会は、NAVI PLUS（ナビ＋）と称する。

第二条　事務所

本会は、事務所を東京都豊島区西池袋2−24−7内に置く。

第三条　目的

本会は、特別なコラム・動画の閲覧、グッズ・イベントの割引、JIU-JITSU NAVIの支援、併せて交流を目的とする。
The purpose of this website is to provide access to special columns and videos, discounts on merchandise and events, support JIU-JITSU NAVI, interact with other members.

第四条　事業
Article 4. Business

本会は、その目標を達成するため、次の事業を行う。
In order to achieve this purpose above, we will carry out the following activities:

1、月刊柔術通信（コラム）を配信
Distributing Monthly Jiu-Jitsu Newsletter (Jiu-Jitsu Tsushin) (Columns)

2、スペシャル動画（テクニック、インタビュー、アーカイブ）を配信
Distributing special videos (technique, interviews, archives)

3、会員相互の親睦交流イベント及び、特典案内
Social events for members and benefis information

4、その他、目標達成に必要なこと
And other things needed to achieve the goal

第五条　登録
Article 5. Membership Registration

1、会員費は毎月1日～末日の単位で計算され、会員費は解除した日付にかかわらず、その月1カ月分の会員費が請求されます（日割り計算はしません）。
Membership fees are calculated from the 1st to the last day of each month, and you will be charged the membership fee for that month regardless of the date of cancellation (it will not be calculated on a pro rata basis).

第六条　会費
Article 6. Membership Fees

本会の会員は1日から31日とし次の会費を納入するものとする。
Membership of the following shall commence from the 1st to the 31st and pay the following membership fees:

1、 スタンダード会員 500円／月額
Standard member: 500 yen per month 

2、プレミアム会員 900円／月額
Premium member: 900 yen per month

3、サポート会員 3,000円／月額
Support member: 3,000 yen per month

5、納入した会費は、返還しない。
Paid membership fees will not be returned.

6、会員種別のダウングレード手続きはできない。解約後、再入会して下さい。
Membership type cannot be downgraded. Please cancel and rejoin.

第八条　会員の資格
Article 8. Membership Qualifications

本会の入会資格は、次の全ての項目に該当する方とする。
Eligibility for membership of this Web-site is for individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

1、本規約に同意した方。
Anyone who agrees to this terms of use.

2、反社会的勢力及び関係者でない方。
Those who are not members of anti-social forces or related parties.

3、過去に退会の通告を受けた事のない方。
Those who have not received notice of withdrawal in the past.

第九条　退会
Article 9. Cancellation

1、本会の退会は、マイページの退会手続きをおこなう。
To cancel your membership with the Web-site, please complete the cancellation procedure on your My Page.

2、会員が、月会費を納入しない場合は、会員資格を喪失する。
If a member fails to pay the monthly membership fee, his/her membership will be forfeited.

3、会員が次の事由に該当すると判断した場合は、退会させることが出来る。
If a member is deemed to fall under any of the following circumstances, he/she may be expelled from the club.

4、月途中での退会は日割り返金を行いません。
If you cancel your membership mid-month, we will not give you a pro rata refund.

この規約は、2021年7月15日から施行する。
This therms of use shall come into effect on July 15, 2021.
